Could duplicate websites in collections be avoided?

I know this is a feature request. I generally end up adding the same webpage to collections out of sheer confusion and would like it if I could avoid doing so via settings. I should atlest see a notification(similar to the translucent bar for queued tabs, when I open multiple tabs) saying that "you've added a duplicate."

That feature may not be on the list to be included right now, but it is something we can look to add in a future update.
