All my containers are gone after a firefox update

I returned to my computer after a few hours outside and all my firefox containers and are gone. I can tell Firefox went through a restart while I was away because the addon "Grammarly" asked me if it wanted to work. Additionally all my extensions opened the first post install page you get after adding an extension/addon.

I am using Firefox 68.0.1 and on El Capitan
