Hello everybody, i have just finished a big long windows update and since then i cannot open the firefox browser. Even if i download a new firefox version i cannot open it: In the 2 instances, a window pops up with this message "<window id="main-window". Thank you for your time and your help. Patrick

Many have reported issues using the 64bit Firefox. Try the 32bit version

If you are having problems with the 64-bit version, then try using the 32-bit.

Try to reinstall Firefox. *download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop<br>*https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ *start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
