Have cleared cookies, caches, etc. Message returned on some pages is "Oops. Sorry, etc." Same process on the same page works fine at the same time in Chrome. Privacy Badger is installed but reveals no trackers.

Which version of Firefox are you using? It would be best to make sure you are using the latest version (66.0.5), as it contains all of the fixes for recent issues regarding addons.
