have an anti virus scanning incoming email? Disable that function and try again to see if the duplication stops.

every email I send, get sent twice??? outgoing messages are not being scanned.

Please could you do the following: Start computer in 'Safe Mode with Networking' Start Thunderbird. Q: Do you still receive two sets?

Are you using a Pop or Imap mail account?


LeAnn re: every email I send, get sent twice??? This question is about receiving duplicates not sending. Are you receiving duplicates as per question? If no, it would be better if you create your own question for the different issue. If yes, please perform the same test.
