For years I have been able to highlight photos in my photo files, click the email function at the top of the page, and I would be asked what size I wanted to send the photos. After selecting the size, an email box would pop up with photos all ready and attached just waiting for a message to be typed. Now, I highlight the photos, select the size, this all seems to work .. but no email box appears from Thunderbird. I have tried everything I can think of, and probably messed up other programmes in my bewildered attempts to resolve the situation. I need to send emails with quite a few photos, and on quite a regular basis for my work, and until recently, Thunderbird was fab (not go! Ha ha). What have I done to make this no longer work for me? PLEASE HELP!!

UPDATE Having posted the above, I continued trawling around for more help in case I got no reply here, and discovered something in another part of the Mozilla help forum. Someone with the same problem as me, and somebody else had suggested just downloading Thunderbird again as if from scratch. This worked a treat and everything is now working again.
