Hmm. If I remove the 'not compatible' overlay, the page looks to work okay. I don't have an account, so that is as far as I can go.

I don't know if changing your User Agent will help or not. The User Agent tells websites what your browser and system is.

Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find User Agent.

Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

How do you remove the overlay?

Chosen Solution

Thanks guys for the help, both the 'Agent Switcher' and 'behind the overlay' addons work a treat. Didn't know until today this could be done, this has been a point of frustration for me for a long time.

Glad to help. Safe Surfing.
