Hi anelson55447, I get the impression that you are looking for a menu item called "Composition". Composition is the name of a panel in the Options window. Hopefully the following instructions are easier to understand than what you have already read...

  1. Press the Alt key to show the menu bar.
  2. Then go to Tools > Options. The Options window will then open.
  3. In the Options window, select the Composition panel.
  4. Select the General tab.
  5. Uncheck Use Paragraph format instead of Body Text by default.
