Good afternoon!

Since the last update, the Latin dictionary add-on by Leszek Życzkowski has disappeared. I tried to reinstall it and I am getting the message it could not be installed "because it is not compatible with Thunderbird 60.3.0."

The Latin dictionary add-on is a great tool and I use it regularly for private e-mails and as a quick spell-check for my articles in Latin. It should remain available to the public. It would be a pity to see it go.

Kind regards, Gregory

Chosen solution

Open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor and double-click the preference extensions.strictCompatibility to false, OK to close Options. To install the Latin dictionary, drag the Download Now button and drop it onto Tools/Add-ons/Dictionaries in TB (see pictures).

Thank you very much for your help!

The problem is now solved and the Latin dictionary, one of the great treasures of Thunderbird, is working again.
