this used to be on the advanced tab of the options menu, but is no longer there and I can not find it anywhere. Anyone know where this was moved to?

You can use the search bar on the Options/Preferences (about:preferences) page. It is located at the bottom of the Privacy & Security tab.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Certificates: View Certificates
