my password manager is empty in version 52.9.1

None of my email addresses are working and the password manager is empty. I can't find any other place to re enter the account passwords. I am using a Mac and my Thunderbird version is 52.9.1 (64-bit)

Please tell us, is it better now with version 60?

FWIW, in the password manager you can change the password for an account - it's just not obvious.
