I can't get Spectrum on Firefox Why?

Spectrum does not come on my computer. It just shows a blank page. Spectrum tells me Firefox cannot accept Spectrum. I get all other business on my firefox and they said I have to use microsoft to reach them. I cannot see why I should have to switch over for one company. Please help all of us that have these problems. I tried to go on microsoft and it told me I was getting a virus so I came back to Firefox which I have had for years .

Hi, should give your self a scan to make sure you are clean : https://www.malwarebytes.com/

I am at Spectrum now and it shows that Firefox Quantum is supported. It is Internet Explorer 10 or lower that is not supported.

When you made the question you did not share any info. Please give a list of your Extensions/add-ons as well what Security Software are you running ?
