How do I find out exactly how to view the properties of an email?

I can't seem to figure out how to view the properties of an email. Such as the header, IP address, ect.

Chosen Solution

There are a couple of ways to do this. Either: You can change the headers which are displayed above the email when you select it to read. change from Normal to All and swap back afterwards 'View' > 'Headers' > 'All'

OR : You can select the email, click on 'More' button and choose 'View Source' This will open a new window showing everything. Close window when finished.
