
Experiencing SMTP Issue not solved by troubleshooting
I'm experiencing an SMTP outgoing mail error for my gmail account. I've tried all of the troubleshooting options on the forums and support boards. However, these have not cleared up the problem. I've attached a photo showing the problem. While I'm able to receive messages, I cannot send emails from the Thunderbird app.
Since I first began experiencing this issue, I have obtained a new laptop. The same issue is occurring on my new laptop, as well.

- Help > Troubleshooting Information
- click on 'Copy text to clipboard'
- In this forum question, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'.
- You can remove all the info on fonts and printers as this is not required, but do not edit anything else.
