Hi, since Firefox has nothing to do with Torrent Clients or Vuze please seek Help in the correct forum or support site :

Since you have it listed in Applications change to always ask, then tell it Vuze.

^ that link is about magnet protocol links on Linux.

On Windows Firefox relies upon the Windows Registry to resolve protocol links, so it sounds that Vuze didn't registered properly, so you may have to check the settings in this application.
