refresh folder created Old Firefox Data folder
I was having an issue that clicking on the lock icon did not give me an option to allow mixed content so I could play games. Frustrated, I did a refresh Firefox and it created a folder called Old Firefox Data. Should I just file away this folder or delete it?

In case you need it for future reference, the following article describes what the significant data files contain. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to merge old and new data, but some files are readable.

The Old Firefox Data folder contains your old profile folder. Some of your Firefox settings, add-ons, and data may be found only in that folder. I suggest keeping it for a week. If your refreshed Firefox is good and you're not missing anything then it should be pretty safe to dump the old folder, although I personally would keep it a bit longer "just in case."
thank you..I put it in a saved info folder. I made so many changes over the years I cant remember what I did..so new it is and lets see what I miss..then I bet I will be again posting which file to copy and paste to new profile..always hate these learning curves at my retired age!
