The forum can't fix a Addon problem but can help if there is a problem with it working with FF.

Hi sagar0688, Could you please do the following for us:

  • Go to [=] > Help > Troubleshooting Information then click Copy text to Clipboard. Open a reply to this post, and go to Edit > Paste to paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page.
  • Describe what exactly is not working. For example, do you see an icon for the add-on? What happens when you try to download a video? Does it happen on specific sites, or all sites?

I have seen posts that said the current 7.3.5 version has issues so try the previous 7.3.4 version.
