So I love having an email for our business... but the "tech savvy" guy we had working for us up and quit abruptly. So now I am stuck trying to learn the ropes. I have to create to additional users under our group of email users and I have NO idea what I'm doing. I've spent weeks on this and when I finally tried to chat with support they tried to bill me $100!!! If I can be pointed at least in the proper direction I am sure I can limp along but I'm so lost right now.
