This has just happened recently. Did something change in an upgrade?

"Secure Search" is a browser hijacker and, like Tyler Downer suspected, malware that you need to get rid of. Running all malware scans that are listed in the link Tyler Downer posted, is a must, but you'll need to do more :

Go to the 3-bar menu (or 'Tools') => Add-ons => Extensions and look for anything unfamiliar or suspicious. If you find one : remove it.

Do the same in Windows Control Panel : look for anything 'suspicious' .
