I have followed all the steps here and the problem persists: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1130326 When I run the test page at https://jeffersonscher.com/res/jstest.php I do not get an error but a bunch of data.

I'm running Windows 7 and do not have the issue in Chrome. I've turned off AVG, there's nothing wrong with the date and time settings. The browser had been rendered unusable because of this.

Thank you.

Try rename the cert9.db (cert9.db.old) file and remove the cert8.db file used previously in the Firefox profile folder to remove intermediate certificates and exceptions that Firefox has stored.

If that has helped to solve the problem then you can remove the renamed cert9.db.old file.

Firefox will store intermediate certificates that a server sends in the Certificate Manager for future use. Otherwise you can undo the rename.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

Thanks Philipp, and Cor-el, reinstalling solved the problem.

I really appreciate the help!

Thank you Cor-el. Your solution has solved my issue, that has plagued me for the past couple of months, off and on. This occured only in Firefox Beta (Currently using 61.0b13) for Android, and not in the official release for Firefox Android. I did not test if I was having this issue in Firefox Nightly. By renaming Cert9.db to Cert9.db.old not only did it fix my issue, it seems to have sped up my load times on Https connections, namely Google in general as that was my home page, and my search engine. I will post here if this issue reoccurs, after this fix, for further investigation. For those with rooted Android phones (you can not access the data/data folders if your not rooted), the profile address is as follows, to rename the file: /data/data/org.mozilla.firefox_beta/files/mozilla/xxxxxxxx.default/cert9.db
