Thunderbird: search function doesn't find dates like 14/06

Hi,

I receive a lot of e-mails via my website form. Users fill in the form online and they also fill in a date in 1 of the fields. I receive this information in the body text of my e-mail. The date looks like -> date:14/06

I would like to search on 14/06 in my mailbox so I get all the messages of the people who has filled in this date. But I receive that there were no messages found.

Any ideas?

Thunderbird doesn't have fulltext search.

Plus 14/06 gets processed as two, two character tokens. But Thunderbird doesn't index tokens shorter than three characters. So you are out of luck.
