How do I block emails that are sent to me in Chinese? I am getting hundreds.

Mark them as Junk. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbird-and-junk-spam-messages

Email clients have no means of blocking anything. Only providers servers do. Contact your provider for options they have.

I have marked them all as Junk as they come in, they still come through though. I'll contact my provider.
