Pink? Could be a setting was changed.

I have twice downloaded updates for both Thunderbird and Firefox. Each time I had to roll back to a prior version to get the pink hue to go away. i have not updated it again because I don't want the screen color change to occur.

Did you try downloading the current full installer for each?

The last two times I did an update the computer turned pink. Are you saying wipe out both and start over

You can check the default colors in "Options/Preferences -> General"
