When invited to login, enter details & password then cannot login. However if I use other search engine I have no issues with login. I have only recently had this issue. Thanks for your assistance in this matter

Chosen solution

Firefox and Chrome are web browsers that use search engines.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hi, Firefox is a Browser; with a search feature among many other functions.

Please supply the exact error message or a screenshot. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-screenshots

Do not include personal login details.

What do mean; 'use other search engine' ?

Are you trying to get to the website using search engines? What engines? Have you tried a direct link to the site?

I close FireFox, then on my startup screen I select Chrome then I am able to login as required.

I have just tried to login to FireFox Support and failed to login. Above the login details I see password case sensitive, but I am reading the password as I type and caps lock not applied
