Hi, you should not be on this release. You should have been moved to the Extended Release Version long ago.

Please move to 52.7.4esr . Please back up your information :

Please uninstall 59.0.3 and Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData

52.7.4esr will continue to get security updates until June 2018, and you can download and install it from this page:

Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after June 2018. Firefox 52.9.0esr out on June 26 (same time as 60.1.0esr) will be the last major update for Firefox 52 ESR apart from any 52.9.x esr updates for security or allowed stability fixes. IN other words this is the last update you should have.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I,m sorry, but I have no idea of how to do this, I don't have 52.7.4 and I have 59.0.3 and I'm using Windows 10.

Please see this : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/end-support-windows-xp-and-vista

You should not be running version 59 but should be on the Extended Release Version. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switch-to-firefox-extended-support-release-esr#firefox:win7:fx59

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
