Any way to fix Firefox-sync timeout errors?

After resetting my Windows 10 PC and re-installing Firefox, the sync is failing since yesterday with error logs similar to following: I have several years of bookmarks in Firefox. It would be a shame to lose access to those.

1 ) if not using to sync 2 devices then stop using it as it is not meant to be a backup tool and will eventually loose your information and we will tell you the above and that it is gone and no way to get it back. 2) Back up now :

3) the error has to do with you Resetting your Win10 and the token being lost that communicated with the servers.

So if yes is the answer to 1, then there is no point in going further as have to get a Supervisor involved. If no post back please.
