Word documents no longer available - Item you selected is no longer available

after Quantum upgrade - cannot access word documents from toolbar list - "Item you selected is unavailable - it might have been moved, renamed, or removed. Do you want to remove it from the list? Yes or No" Can still access Word Document by going to Documents -

However after that - the menu of Word Docs normally found in Toolbar - keeps giving error message - 

"Item you have selected is no longer available " . . . . . but I just had the item - . . . .

So is there a Office toolbar on Mozilla Browser? I think world problems are to be directed to a MS forum support site. FF doesn't have anything to do with Office support here.
