Is bad to have too many extensions?

Is bad to have too many extensions that block trackers? I'm fine with my browser being a bit slower as a result, but is it bad in general?

Chosen solution

Sometimes extensions that do the same thing might step on one another toes, not being designed to work together. But if they are polite and wait their turn, then having multiple blockers may be fine. It's very difficult to give you a more specific answer than that.
