Bookmarks completely gone om macbook air (Sierra 10.12.6)

Woke up, opened firefox and noticed all my bookmarks are gone. I have tried following the instructions in some of the articles on this topic with no success. I screen shot what I could immediately find in my firefox profile area. Most of the files I see there seems to have been created just this morning (April 5, 2018) when I realized my bookmarks were gone. Any help, please?
