I can't reply to my people on gmail and don't know how to give permission to do that!
I just click on reply or reply to this person on the menu that opens but I get a message telling me I've not given permission to do that and can not find a way to give that permission. I want to be able to reply to those who write be as I always did by clicking on the icon to reply and also to send copies and blind copies as simply as it was before!

Hi, no idea of what the problem is and why it will not give you permission. It could be a issue with Gmail and will be fixed in a few hours. Can try : updating to version 59.0.2 https://support.mozilla.org/en/kb/update-firefox-latest-version or see if it a issue with any extensions or add-ons you have like adblockers, noscript, update your A/V and Firewall software.
If still issues : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer
Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0.2 with a Full Version Installer
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
