How do I quickly imports email addresses into thunderbird from windows live mail?
I've exported my contacts in vCard form but when I try to import them into Thunderbird I have to do them one by one. There seems to be no 'select all' option. There are too many to do individually. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your suggestion but I'm unable to open or install any of the downloads listed.
You do not open add on files and I only listed 1 add on. Download the file where you can find it. Go to the add-on tab in Thunderbird and click Extensions. Click the gear icon and select Install from file.
Go to link as advised by Airmail scroll to bottom Download 'MoreFunctionsForAddressBook' - 1.0b5 version (TB 14 - 59) store the .xpi file on computer eg: Downloads folder or on Desktop
In Thunderbird
- Menu icon > Addons
- click on gear wheel icon
- select 'Install addon from file'.

- locate the xpi file you downloaded and click on 'Open'
Once it is installed you might need to restart Thunderbird.
clickon 'Address Book' Check preferences first Tools > MoreFunctionForaddressbook > Preferences check each tab for various info - not all vcard info is on the one tab :) click on OK
select an address book Tools > MoreFunctionForaddressbook > Actions for contacts for vcf format use 'Import vcard/vcf' for tha formt use 'Import card'
