When searching a history of messages using a project name or sender's email address, the history of emails shows up. When attempting to reopen the message to read or to obtain attachment, the email does not open and is not accessible as it was before. The message history for an example is the 1st uploaded screen shot. The 2nd screen shot is what opens when opening the 1st screen shot message The messages are normally recovered for review, and I am suspicious if when 'compacting messages' the recovery of the message platform data is lost/not maintained
