Can I find a human to talk to about my thunderbird email being wiped out on a reboot

my computer was getting slow so I did a restart. it was not letting it restart so It did a restart and changed back to factory settings. It wiped out my thunderbird email . Can I get it back?

If using IMAP then your mail should still be on the providers server. If you were using POP then your messages were on your hard drive. Unless your messages were on your computer from the factory they are gone.
