Adobe Flash V 28.0.0.137 - Will NOT Install But No Error Messages Come Up

Windows 7 64 Bit FF 58.0.1 64 Bit Current Adobe Flash is V 27

I have tried many times to download and install. There are no error messages but the next time I log on my software updater tells me to install Adobe Flash so I do. Time and time again it does not install and I have V 7.

Where are you getting Adobe Flash from? If it doesn't install you need to contact Adobe for support.

From the Adobe Flash site. I thought it might be an FF issue.
