Firefox got laggy sometimes and always when I watch videos in fullscreen mode

I use firefox on windows 10. It got laggy sometimes on regualr website and always when I watched videos in fullscreen mode. Not really sure what is the problem.

And you're absolutely sure that turning off hardware acceleration doesn't work either  ?
