In Window 10 FF 58 32 bit the window opens partially, but not fully functional
The browser window opens but the home screen does not display. Refresh or "Home" does not correct. I can enter a URL, but the browser will not go there. For now I reverted to FF 57.4. It works okay. Today I had to Uninstall FF 58 again, revert to F57.4 & turn off automatic updates.

FF 59.0b4 Seems to display and function correctly, in the brief time that I have had it installed.

hi, are you running any particular security-related tools on the affected system?
in the main webroot interface there's an entry about identity protection > identity shield. please see how firefox is behaving after a restart when you have turned this setting off.
In addition to disabling the Webroot Identity protection, rebooting, etc. I have uninstalled FF 58 several times using Revo Uninstaller then re installed. The result has always been the same. The main browser window opens & appears correctly except the body is blank. The pancake menu drops down ok & some options work ie Help>About Firefox displays the FF version & FF is up to date. However Help>Firefox tour opens a new Tab but cannot display the tour.
