I often use Citibank's VAN and suddenly it stopped working. As I understand, Citibank's VAN is an add-on and Firefox explains well what developers should do to get them validated by Firefox. Nevertheless, Citibank is driving me crazy for the last 3 months (and counting) as they do not take any action. They do not even say if they have contacted Firefox or not. I've done everything I possibly could, including sending print screens to a customer service supervisor and a Firefox link addressing the issue: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-on-signing-in-firefox?as=u&utm_source=inproduct. Can you please help me and reach out to any of your IT buddies at Citibank to have this resolved? My current Firefox version is Firefox ESR 52.5.3 (32-bit): could the problem be related to this? Although Citibank's VAN was working perfectly well in Firefox ESR early Oct 2017.

If they recently updated the add-on to work with Firefox 57, that might have broken compatibility with Firefox 52. Not all of the same APIs were supported in Firefox in earlier versions. You may need to find the older version and prevent it from updating.
