Hello Guys,

After updating Firefox ESR 60.3.0 to a newer version (doesn't matter which version). It crashes directly after starting Firefox. We are using a Windows 2012R2 RDS (terminal) server

When we remove the newer version of Firefox ESR and reinstall Firefox ESR 60.3.0, it works again!

Details of the crash:

Probleemhandtekening:

 Gebeurtenisnaam van probleem: APPCRASH
 Naam van de toepassing: firefox.exe
 Versie van toepassing: 78.2.0.7534
 Tijdstempel van toepassing: 5f3ab4d7
 Naam van foutmodule: StackHash_76e0

I'd love to hear from you for a solution.

I cannot start Mozilla Firefox... It crashes before starting. So it's not possible to type about:crashes<enter>.

I tried every fix on Mozilla's, but nothing is working. Starting in safe mode is also not working.

the symptoms sound similar to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1590430 - did you ever use comdo security products in the past or even if not, could you check if there's a file called IseGuard64.dll, IseGuard32.dll or similar located under C:\Windows\system32\ or your system drive? if yes, delete it please...

We didn't use any condo security products in the past. There's also no file called "IseGuard64.dll" or "IseGuard32.dll" located under "C:\Windows\system32\" or the system drive.

Hello Fred,

Your URL is not working.

The following file names are located under: %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports :

- InstallTime20190901094603 - InstallTime20190514153425 - InstallTime20190507003026 - InstallTime20190124141046 - InstallTime20181203164059 - InstallTime20181017185317 - InstallTime20180903060751

The most recent file is already almost 1 year old. There's no folder that's called: "submitted"
