I regularly receive photos by e-mail and would like to save them to various files for storage with files I have taken on my camera according to subject and date. Using Windows 7 on a Gateway DX 4300-03 and a Sony Camera with "Play Memories Home" software.

How were they sent? Embedded or attached?

If embedded right click and select save. If attached there is a save button on the attachment bar.
