Hi, once I turn on my Mozilla Firefox, My ram usage reaches almost 70% which is like 7.something gigs (it is 16gigs of ddr3 ram) and CPU usage reaches 18% to 30%. I only opened like 16 tabs and I have checked for any background tabs or if I visited any suspicious links. Here is a link to the some of the pictures that I took. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1i--1yDccGzbueegGjxE4_T2iRm_f-nvj Would love to get a feedback as soon as possible. Thanks.

Please try to update 57 to 57.0.1 the fix is in that. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version If does not work shut down Firefox and restart and try again.

If still does not work : Go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Help ? --> Troubleshooting Information Page and take a look in the Accessibility section if accessibility is set to "true" there. if yes, go to the Firefox 3 Bar Menu --> Options --> Privacy & Security panel and under Permissions check the setting to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser. Restart Firefox

If still issues reboot and test, look in the Task Manager again and check the usage should drop to about 300 to 800 depending on how many open tabs. Also Extensions are included so if do not need or use often disable it.

Still issues : Go the Menu then Tools --> Options --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 0 = No Multi-proccesor = slow again. Restart Firefox after making these changes please.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Hi, thanks for the fast reply. I went to Tools-Options-Performance and unticked "Use recommended" and "reduced the content process to 3" and restarted my system and restored my session and it is working fine. Thanks. Edit: It still didn't work, with only 11 tabs, it went up to 6.3gigs of ram usage. Am really thinking of going back to the previous Firefox.
