The instructions to find internet options is to click on the menu button and then click "options".. The problem is; there is no button that says "options" or "preferences" or anything like that. Am I going blind? Every time I have had little issues that I thought could be resolved by accessing internet options, I have given up. Now I can't give up as I have a problem where I need to find the options. When I click customize, there are more choices, but none of them resemble anything that would take me to options. Like, is there a secret pass code to get there?

Actually, since I got Windows 10, about a year ago, my whole internet experience has become ... annoying, to be polite. I updated to Firefox 64-bit a few months ago to see if that would help, in general, but no.

Hi  !

You could press the Alt key in the upper left corner and click Tools => Options or : Type in the address bar about:preferences

Does this work for you  ?

The specific phrase "Internet Options" refers to a dialog in Internet Explorer and in the Windows Control Panel. It's possible that those steps are not applicable to Firefox. What is the change that you're trying to make?

Thanks! Yes, that's what I was looking for. And thanks for focusing on the issue at hand and not the terminology that I used. I have been a loyal FF user for ... hmm.. 10 years (or more)? I would never go back... ever! I always wondered where that menu bar went! I don't know how everyone knows these things (like pressing Alt) except for me! Thanks again.

Edit: I mistakenly clicked "solved" on my own reply. Sorry... Happy112 solved the problem.

I'm glad I could help you find it  ! But you don't see the 3-bar menu (those three horizontal lines in the upper right corner, under the closing 'X") anymore  ?

You can rectify that (if you want to, that is) by clicking on the ' Undo' button to the right of that post and then mark my post ......

Can you tell us what kind of issues you have that you want to access Options/Preferences in case there are issues that need to be looked at?
