How do i create a folder in Thunderbird email?
cannot find the command to create a folder. Where is it? How do i access it, please?

On the left of the Thunderbird window are folders. Things like your account name then it's sub folders like inbox. There is also local folders and it's sub folders.

Right click on mail acount or folder and select 'New folder' or 'New' subfolder' as offered in drop down menu.
If you have created a new folder in an imap mail account you may need to 'subscribe' to see the folder.
