
Creating new folder
How do I create a new folder. I can see where to delete a folder, but not how to create a new one

Take your pick.
1. Right click the folder you want to make the new folder under and select New Folder.
2. From the Menu Bar select File-New-Folder No menu bar? Press the alt key.
3. From the AppMenu button select New Message-Folder

Want to create backup folder to COPY inbox/sent emails to it. Comcast keeps deleting my emails from webmail and blaming it on Thunderbird.
OK. What is holding you back? I suggest you make the new folder under Local Folders.
Are you using POP or IMAP email?
