Dear mozilla support, My firefox is crashing continuesly, I tried to delete and reinstall my firefox, this didn't work. I also tried to open my firefox in safe modus (restart without add-ons) and I also tried the option "refresh firefox". But all of this didn't work.

my most recent crash details: Crash-ID: bp-1e73b31c-c6dc-4660-ab3a-bec091170921

I hope you can help me as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance,

Wai Chu Wong

Hi

Thank you for your question and for providing that crash report. I have had a look at it and it points to issues with some software that you have installed called "MySpeed".

Is this something you have installed recently?

Yes but I need this program, is there any way to keep this program, but keep firefox working at the same time? thank you in advance Wai Chu

Ok, but that is what appears to be causing Firefox to crash.

You may want to contact the MySpeed support team to make sure that there is not a fix they have produced for their software that should help resolve this issue.

After looking at the program it really only works good on Flash based content which is becoming obsolete and I fail to see the benefits of it instead of installing a videodownloader extension and just play back the videos in VLC all for free.....
