Product Firefox Release Channel release Version 53.0 Build ID 20170413192749 OS OS X 10.12 OS Version 10.12.4 16E195 Build Architecture amd64

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
