Dear support or community,

we use FF since 10 years now and im pretty sure that it has been possible (before FF 55) to select suggested autocomplete entries via mouse and left click. (and DEL Button - ENTF in german)

Now you need to click into the field - scroll down via the cursor and hit DEL. If there are only 1-2 suggestions...no problem. But we have fields with 20-30 entries - via mouse would be much easier.

We tried it on two systems. With mouse you cant select an entry any more. Only via the cursors.

Please check why you deactivated the mouse function here.

Thanks Heiko

Hi, yes you are right - not sure why that has happened, but you can right click an entry to select it, then press the Del key.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Ah...i see. As long as i keep the right button pressed (important!) i can scroll down and DEL those entries.

The left button version has been more comfortable but its a workaround.

Thanks!

You can enter enough letters to reduce the entries displayed.
