Flash Player freezes when navigating to another tab and come back

Flash Player freezes when user navigates to another tab and come back. This problem is seen in FireFox 32 bit and not with FireFox 64 bit. I have also noticed that using Flash Player debug version, the problem is not seen in FireFox 32 bit. But this is not a solution as majority of users will be using the release version of Flash Player. Again minimizing and maximizing the Frozen screen would make the Freeze on the Flash Player to go.
