I formatted my laptop and installed Firefox, after that I changed the password or rather reset the password. But as I signed in my firefox account all the bookmarks were gone, their isn't any recover point either. How to recover all my lost bookmarks. What to do??

What password did you reset?

Are you talking about the Password Manager Master Password? Are you talking about sync?

In either case, resetting the password removes all stored information.

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Forgot+my+master+password Resetting your master password will remove all of your saved usernames and passwords. This is a security feature.

Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.

This is a security feature. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information
