So what do I do?
Do you mean about Jam City games? I think you need to play those in a different browser until they allow them to work in Firefox. Note that my comments are second-hand from other users; I don't play their games myself.

What is "this"?
If you click on it, it leads you to a webpage, however: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
This is what comes up when I try to play the game: Please note that newer versions of Firefox require you go through a series of steps to activate the Flash Player. You can read more about their update here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox/Releases/55
It's foreign to me. I know very little about computers. I went there and found nothing that I could understand. Can you please help me. I do not like "Edge", "Explorer" or "Google". Please help me????????????
I don't understand what all this has to do with Flash not working on this page.
I'd like to help you on this, but I'm not a developer.
Hopefully, other contributors will be able to help you solve this problem.
Have you tried the steps I suggested?

You might want to try this other solution.
Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in your Flash Player settings. (See this article for more information on using the Flash plugin in Firefox).
To disable hardware acceleration in Flash Player:
- Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
- Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
- Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
- Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
The image "fpSettings1.PNG" does not exist.
- Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
- Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
- Restart Firefox.
This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.

Oops, I think you installed the wrong version.
Now what do I do?
Uninstall it and re-install it, making sure you download the right version.
