Hi   ! Could you be a bit more specific and let us know what account you're referring to and what happens when you try to log in  ?

Is this about the Firefox Sync account or about logging in to a website?

For the latter you can try to clear the cookies. "Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.

• Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"

For the former you can try to log in to the Firefox account via this website.
